The fields of my area of California are filled this time of year with wild mustard and its brilliant yellow color. Back when Silicon Valley was mostly orchards you would find the mustard growing among the trees in this the early Spring of California. You still see that in the few patches of orchards that are left or in fields like this among the mega-mansions of Los Altos Hills.
