A ferry heading towards the southern tip of Manhattan shot from the Circle Line Cruise (New York City Tourism paid for my ticket on the cruise). Before Ellis Island was opened to handle immigrants, immigrants arrived at Castle Clinton on this spot. I think this is where my Great Grandfather Neils Christensen entered the United States before heading on to Chicago and then Colorado.
