Weaving Machine – Lowell, Massachusetts – Daily Photo
by chris2x Add commentscategories: usa travel
This is a picture of a Weaving Machine at the Lowell National Historical Park in Lowell, Massachusetts. Lowell used to be the center of industrialization in the United States. It was the first spot in the U.S. to produce cloth using the revolutionary methods of mass production. It is also the only National Park that I have been too that supplies ear plugs as these machines still work. See a short video or the machines in operation.

I have never heard of this national park. Very cool that the machines are still working too.
